To Grey or not to Grey



 We recently posted about a moment of doubt we had regarding the decision to go Grey and boy! ... there was some serious conversation. It made us realize that women are very polarized on the issue. 

For some grey looks old, for others grey had no impact, skin condition was a bigger determinant. The one truth that came out of all of this is that you are perceived as being older with Grey hair. In other words people automatically assume you are older because of your Grey crown. 

We shortly came back to what motivated us to stop colouring in the first place .... make the decision that sits well with your core belief .....and there is no harm in changing your mind if that core belief changes over time

 So spring is officially upon us......although some days the temperature makes us feel otherwise.  Regardless of what the thermometer might read there are some things that need to be making their way out of our closets at this very minute.  1. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF

 There is no shortage of occasions where we hear our friends or even ourselves list countless things we don’t like about ourselves. It may be something as simple as looking through some pictures, looking in the mirror or listening to our voicemail that evoke these self loathing comments. Why is it so normal to quickly list the things we think are wrong with us but to highlight  our good qualities is so rare and often looked on as an unhealthy pride.
