 So spring is officially upon us......although some days the temperature makes us feel otherwise.  Regardless of what the thermometer might read there are some things that need to be making their way out of our closets at this very minute.  1.  There is no shortage of occasions where we hear our friends or even ourselves list countless things we don’t like about ourselves. It may be something as simple as looking through some pictures, looking in the mirror or listening to our voicemail that evoke these self loathing comments. Why is it so normal to quickly list the things we think are wrong with us but to highlight  our good qualities is so rare and often looked on as an unhealthy pride.
